Skin Toner - Normal To Dry Skin

A super gentle and mild alchol free toner that contains chamomile, witch hazel, and the Dead Sea minerals to help cleanse and calm dry, inflamed skin.

After removing makeup or using your normal cleanser, soak a cotton ball or cotton pad with the toner. Gently sweep the cotton along your skin (while avoiding the eye area).
